They will be able to articulate the significance of different types of networks in the global business landscape and effectively coordinate these networks in alignment with the strategic goals of the organizations. Students can critically evaluate and apply diverse network discourse concepts to the global business environment. Students can analyse the underlying logic of different types of strategic nets, understand value co-creation between organizations, and recognize the importance of sustainability and resilience in business networks. Having completed the course, they are also familiar with key account management, relationship portfolios and sources of conflict and conflict resolution strategies. Overall, students will be able to view and evaluate B2B relationships from various perspectives and are capable to assess and argue the relevance and usefulness of different B2B marketing theories. In the independent study period, the students develop their self-management skills and their own competence in a goal-oriented manner. In the multicultural group works the students cooperate with people from different backgrounds, enrich their communication, interaction and language skills, and develop their own professional identity.
